Change is constant. But today, it’s more: change is constantly accelerating.

 

It takes a certain amount of personal gravitas, to make meaningful change in an atmosphere where change is always on the move, and faster than we can follow. 

It requires even more from someone who coaches people through it.  

My commitment is to be fully present in our time together. To listen for the strengths, aptitudes and attributes that redefine how you show up in your world.

This isn’t about “success,” especially according to the world’s cavalier definitions. Rather, it’s about YOU – preserving and protecting your truest self, the treasure inside which can’t be duplicated or commoditised.

My 1-to-1 coaching process takes you on a journey of observing, asking, reframing and making commitments.

You’ll learn to stay balanced when things become turbulent – whether professionally, or in your personal life. You’ll learn habits and rituals to stay deeply present – keeping your head about you, even if everyone else around you is losing theirs.

COACHING TERMS:

Schedule 

How you show up during our meetings indicates how you show up in life, especially with commitments you make. I strongly recommend sticking to the agreed cadence of regular intervals between coaching conversations.

Checking in between Sessions (depending on your package)

Between sessions, you’re encouraged to check in on how you’re getting on with your practices, which you will design in support of embodying your learning. You can do so by written email, SMS, WhatsApp or Signal. Sometimes a phone conversation is required – please limit these conversations to 5-10 minutes. 

I will reply to all messages that request a response within one business day. Weekends I’ll leave it until the next business day. 

Cancellations 

If you’re unable to attend a coaching session, you need to cancel with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel after that time, the session will not be refunded.

You commit to showing up to our sessions ready to focus on the conversation, without distractions, and with an openness to learn.

Part of learning involves practice, so you will be invited to design new practices that support you between our sessions. 

Confidentiality and Record Keeping 

Anything shared in our conversations will be kept confidential. I commit to: 

  • Supporting you to achieve your goals and stated outcomes as outlined 
  • Respecting the confidentiality and privacy of our coaching sessions
  • Safely and securely storing any personal details held 

YOUR COMMITMENT: 

You agree to: 

  • Show up to sessions on time, prepared and undistracted. Sessions won’t overrun if you are late. 
  • Notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make a session. Late change sessions and no-shows won’t be refunded. 
  • Hold yourself accountable and responsible for your results 
  • Share experiences and moments that make coaching an excellent experience for you

Growth in change management is a lengthy process. Although coaching calls normally last one hour, human growth unfolds over days, weeks, months or even years. This is why we ask for a minimum six-month commitment for coaching. After that, you’re free to cancel at any time if you’re unhappy.
